Grandma’s Tuna Fish and Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
1 onion (chopped/diced small)
4 stalks of celery (chopped/diced small)
Family size Albacore Tuna (in water)
1 lb Small pasta shells (cooked)
2Tbs.Mayo
1Tbs.Thousand Island Dressing
Seasonings: ½ tsp.Salt, ¼ tsp.Pepper, ⅛ tsp.Onion Powder,½ tsp. Lemon Pepper, 2 packets of Splenda
Directions:
- Cook small pasta shells according to the box and then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the onion and celery together.
- Add all the seasonings to the onion and celery...mix completely.
- Add and mix the tuna to the onion and celery.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix thoroughly.
- Add the mayo and mix thoroughly.
- Add the thousand island dressing and keep mixing!
- Chill for a few hours or overnight! Enjoy!
